Using a combination of off-the-shelf and in-house developed CAD packages, our engineers develop customised shearer drum designs based on close collaboration with customers for the mines needs.

Configurations include:

Cutting diameter from Ø1600 to Ø2700
3 or 4 vanes
Single or multi-pitch vanes
Flat or Conical faces
Radial or Point Attack
Bolt-on pre-cutters

Customised designs can be carried out for new designs or for Overhaul.
